MENU: Tamarind Pork Roast, baked Platanos, sauteed Chayote garlic, brown rice

Tamarind Pork Roast

  • Marinate roast in tamarind sauce for 24 hours (see other recipe, and I added ginger & garlic)
  • Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
